Professional Learning Programme THINKING DIFFERENTLY FOR DISADVANTAGED LEARNERS
Our AMBITION is for as many staff in as many schools as possible to access quality training in order to ultimately help all disadvantaged learners to attain as highly as their non-disadvantaged peers.
We have produced a Professional Learning Programme (PLP) based around six recorded training modules available to all staff to access at their convenience. Sessions have been researched and delivered by expert trainers (and experienced school leaders) who have a wealth of knowledge on leadership and teaching of disadvantaged youngsters built up over more than seven years of supporting schools across all phases in Raising the Attainment of Disadvantaged Youngsters (RADY).
To start your free 7-day access trial to the PLP please click HERE and get in touch.
Click the buttons below to download pdfs which details the content, overview and suggestions for getting the most out of the PLP in your school.
Taster Session
To get a feeling for how the sessions work, we have created this taster from a three part session on Equity in Teaching.
